Leaving a suitcase in a locker and sending it to another city are different services. Before booking luggage delivery, define the two handover points and the latest time you can collect it. “Seoul to the airport” is not enough information when your terminal and flight timing matter.
T-Delivery guide and Goodlugg hub page rechecked: October 9, 2026. Prices and delivery availability depend on the live route and booking conditions. We have not placed a delivery order. The provider pages contain timing inconsistencies noted below.
Choose storage, delivery, or carrying the bag
| Your plan | First option to compare | Deciding check |
|---|---|---|
| Sightseeing, then returning to the same station | Station storage | Can you return before the storage facility closes? |
| Changing to a hotel with staffed reception | Hotel delivery | Will both receptions accept the handover on your date? |
| Going straight to an airport flight | Carry the suitcase unless delivery timing is confirmed | Is collection early enough for your airline’s check-in requirement? |
This comparison is a planning aid, not a claim that every route is bookable. A delivery quote should identify the actual pickup point, collection point, and promised collection window.

Start with these six fields
- Exact pickup address or counter—not just the city.
- Exact destination, including Incheon Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
- Travel date and the deadline for handing the bag over.
- Earliest confirmed collection time and closing time.
- Bag count, dimensions, and any restricted contents.
- Who will accept and release the bag at each end.
If one field is missing, get it confirmed before paying. A reservation for delivery to a staffed hotel should not silently become delivery to a self-check-in apartment. Likewise, a counter’s opening hours do not establish when your bag will be ready.
T-Delivery: the cutoff is not the counter closing time
The official T-Delivery guide lists 09:00–12:00 handover windows for several staffed counters. Its airport receipt table lists T1 at 15:30–21:00 and T2 at 16:30–21:00. However, text on the same page also says airport collection is after 16:00 for both terminals. Station and locker collection wording also varies between the tables and notes.
Do not choose the earlier time just because it suits your flight. Confirm the current, route-specific time in your booking and with the operator. Treat an unresolved conflict as a reason to use storage and collect the bag yourself—not as a delivery guarantee. The page also gives differing locker handover cutoffs, so obtain the exact locker instructions rather than transferring the staffed-counter noon deadline to every locker.
For a hypothetical booking showing T2 collection at 16:30, a flight requiring you at check-in before then makes the service unsuitable, even if the bag eventually arrives the same day. Work backward from airline requirements and allow time to locate the pickup counter.

Hotel-to-hotel and intercity delivery need separate checks
Goodlugg’s current site describes selected Korean luggage-delivery routes and door-to-door services. That does not prove every city pair, private address, or hotel is eligible. Older product pages may describe different products and timing, so use the current booking for your exact route rather than copying a price or cutoff from a past review.
Its official station page lists staffed hub alternatives including COEX and a Myeongdong location. Those can be worth checking when your accommodation has no reception, but confirm that the hub is available for your selected service and date. Published hub hours are not evidence of a delivery arrival time.
Hub details rechecked October 9, 2026: the Goodlugg station page lists COEX at 513 Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (10:30–20:30), and CGV Myeongdong Noon Square, 8F, 14 Myeongdong-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul (10:30–18:30). Confirm the exact desk and service eligibility before travelling there; these are published opening hours, not a guaranteed bag-arrival window.
Send this message to the receiving accommodation
“I am considering a luggage-delivery booking for [date]. Can your staffed reception receive [number] bags before my arrival, under my reservation name? What hours can staff accept them? Are there fees or restrictions? Please tell me if this is not possible.”
This is a message template for you to adapt; Local Korean Guide has not contacted your accommodation. Get a clear answer and share only the details the operator genuinely needs. Do not send private door codes in a public forum or assume a driver can enter an unattended building.
Keep a small essentials bag
Carry your passport, wallet, required medication, travel documents, and valuables yourself. Check the operator’s actual restrictions before sending electronics, batteries, liquids, fragile items, or food. This guide does not assert that every operator applies the same prohibition list.
Photograph the bag’s exterior and keep the receipt, reservation reference, and collection instructions. Read cancellation and compensation terms before paying, especially when a delayed bag could affect a flight. Insurance or reimbursement should never be assumed from the word “delivery.”
When storage is the simpler choice
If you only need a few hours without luggage and will return to the same station, delivery may add unnecessary coordination. See our Seoul luggage-storage guide. If you are heading to the airport, compare the delivery plan with carrying your bag through the departure process.
The booking is ready only when the route, cutoff, collection window, recipient, and bag conditions are written down. If an operator cannot resolve a timing conflict, choose a plan that does not depend on it.
