Papago is useful for menus, signs, short conversations, and photo translation. Keep the Korean text visible when showing a translation to staff.
Kakao T: taxis without confusion
Kakao T lets you request taxis, see the pickup point, and often pay through the app. Airport arrivals may be easier with the official taxi queue, but Kakao T is convenient once you have mobile data.
KakaoMap and restaurant searches
KakaoMap can be a helpful second opinion for cafés, restaurants, and local places. Search the Korean name when possible because English results can be incomplete.
